Megyn Kelly on Fox News just said their SCOTUS correspondent, Shannon Bream, said it isn’t true.
I can’t imagine that Roberts would voluntarily retire while Obama’s in the White House.
Update: I was right, the original source just retracted.
Update: RadarOnline.com has obtained new information that Justice Roberts will NOT resign. The justice will be staying on the bench.
Radar just retracted the story. Phew!
