Remember this abuse of power in November, and again in 2012, Americans.
Via Left Coast Rebel, Gallup reports that a majority of Americans believe the way Obamacare passed constitutes an abuse of power. I’ll say.
Regardless of whether you favored or opposed the health care legislation passed this week, do you think the methods the Democratic leaders in Congress used to get enough votes to pass this legislation — were [they] an abuse of power, or were [they] an appropriate use of power by the party that controls the majority in Congress?
Abuse of power 53%
Appropriate use of power 40%
No opinion 7%
Even 58% of independents believe the Democrats abused their power.
While they were abusing power, they were arrogantly laughing in our faces. And they wonder why people are so angry.
Update: While the Democrats go out there saying they’re not worried about November, keep in mind that independent voters favor the GOP by 20 points.
Never mind Novemnber- Remember this between now and the fall when they’ll use the same tactics to try and pass cap & trade….
