Note to retiring CONgressman Bart “No baby left alive” Stupak:
The selling of a Congressional vote in exchange for worthless Barack Obama brand “magic beans” is a standard business deduction and not subject to the standard tax levied on most domestic self declared bribes unless said chattel accepted for selling said vote has monetary value at or above par with capital gains realized through similar vote selling transactions, ie “Louisiana Purchase”, “Cornhusker Kick back”, etc. If net result of sold vote results in personal monetary loss, ie job loss, you may be eligible for a refund based on “The CONgressional Bribe Recovery Act of 2010.”
