It won’t be long before this becomes a national phenomena, thanks to Obamacare.
Boston.com: Since April 1, the date many insurance contracts are renewed for small businesses, the owners of about 90 small companies terminated their insurance plans with Braintree-based broker Jeff Rich and indicated in a follow-up survey that they were relying on publicly-funded insurance for their employees.
In Sandwich, business consultant Bill Fields said he has been hired by small businesses to enroll about 400 workers in state-subsidized care since April, because the company owners said they could no longer afford to provide coverage. Fields said that is by far the largest number he has handled in such a short time.
“They are giving up out of frustration,’’ Fields said of the employers. “Most of them are very compassionate but they simply can’t afford health insurance any more.’’
Naturally, state officials report no spike in enrollment in Commonwealth Care.
Governor Patrick’s administration continues it’s assault on the insurers, as if they’re to blame for the rising costs of health care. The result will be more and more insurers going out of business, leaving more people on the public health care dole. The next thing you know, health care in Massachusetts, and in America as a whole, will begin to look a lot like health care in Great Britain. And we all know how that’s turned out.

The Progressive left that LIED to us from day one about health care….are pumping their fists and high fiving each other right now.
THIS IS EXACTLY what they had in mind when they passed Obama Care.
Just wait till the states get the bill for their expanded medicaid. They will be begging the US government for help paying health care.
The government will oblige……..at a cost…….
UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE that will cost trillions and double everyones taxes and put in place a VAT just to pay for the COMMUNISM coming to America.
legislate and then REGULATE!!!!!!!!

It is amazing and disappointing that the whole american public did not see right thru this one – being pretty obvious since day one. I expect commies to lie – they get plenty of practice. What is not so obvious is whether the economy will make it long enough to make any difference. Screwing up the whole economy seems to be the real objective, behind the smoke and deceit.
