I went to the website and answered a few questions. I had the option to choose the state department of insurance, or choosing from several insurance companies offering coverage. Excellus had the most options (7) so I clicked on that. All seven plans noted that price estimates will be available in October 2010. The other listed companies showed the same thing. Oh well, so much for finding affordable health coverage. Thanks, Obama.
