Dan Maffei has been spending a lot of money running campaign ads in the past few days. He talks about how much he cares about our community and wants to find out what matters to us. Funny, he won’t have a town hall meeting. I think he’s afraid of a repeat of last year. When he was asked if he read the health care bill be sprung from his seat and wagged his finger at the group, saying he was insulted.
Let’s let Dan Maffei come back to the community permanently.

Has anyone seen any recent poll numbers on this race? Does she have a shot? If so fellow NYers esp. those of us in heavy Dem.districts might want to help out. Upstate Political Report looks too right leaning to be accurate. Hinchey upset? Not gonna happen unfortunately.Too many old hippies in his district.Also there’s sure to be problems at the polls with the new voting forms.
