President Obama’s new BFF, Richard Trumka, bashed the Tea Parties, bankers, and the GOP at a Labor Day event. He forgot to mention his own history of violence. He also isn’t well schooled on what has killed our economy, and millions of jobs for American workers.
Trumka also forgot to mention the sheer hypocrisy of his beloved unions. Hiring non-union workers to walk the picket lines in favor of unions.

I wish I could feel more surprised, but this is in keeping with the romantic vision that labor has of itself. They still claim that without them there would have never been a middle class. Can’t talk them out of such dreams.
