Kathy Hochul is losing in her own Global Strategies Poll

Even Kathy Hochul’s own pollster can’t seem to give her the edge over Jane Corwin:

The poll, conducted for Hochul’s campaign by Global Strategy Group, shows Corwin leading Hochul just 31 percent to 30 percent, with Jack Davis, an independent candidate running on the Tea Party ballot line, picking up 26 percent.

The poll of 400 likely voters was taken between May 2-4 and has a 4.9 percent margin of error.

It doesn’t take a lot of critical thinking to debunk the voodoo of this poll. It is missing the Green Party candidate Ian Murphy who is to the left of Kathy Hochul and is sapping some of her Democrat/Independent vote. Murphy doesn’t have even the slightest chance of winning, but he’s on the ballot and a negative factor for Hochul, which is why the Siena Poll had him in their poll.
