This is funny. The people from Occupy Denver got wind that there was a conservative bloggers conference in town and thought they’d launch a surprise attack. Then they tweeted all of the details – even the time – so the bloggers were waiting for them. When they showed up the bloggers started chanting “We want the dog,” referring to the dog they elected to be their leader. Hilarious.
Breitbart has more videos, including one of the occupiers getting arrested.
Update: The Denver ABC News affiliate said the Occupiers may have been incited by the presence of conservative bloggers. What should conservatives do, hide in their homes so as not to incite violence by their mere existence?
Also, Pete Da TechGuy was quoted in a Denver Post story. (Via The Other McCain who has more video of the weirdo protesters who crashed Blog Con.)

I have a little different spin on the confrontation at the Pundit Pete Press Service. It’s called journalism. My conclusion:
This was just a turf war, pure and simple. BlogCon11 was occupying classier digs and Occupy Denver needed to take showers, so they tried to occupy the hotel. But Occupy Denver was outmatched, and without their leader (where’s the dog?) they could not effectively negotiate for any territory.
