Note to Occupiers: Don’t Bother Trying to ‘Mic Check’ Chris Christie

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie was at a campaign event for Mitt Romney in Iowa when a group of Occupiers tried to give him a “Mic Check.” Not only did he shut them up, he turned it around on President Obama. This was great.

If you’re getting this in your email and can’t watch the video, here’s the story from The Washington Examiner:

More than a dozen people shouted back: “mic check!”

“Chris Christie and Mitt Romney… serve the corporate one percent,” the protester continued, as others echoed his chant.

“You are so angry, aren’t ya?” Christie badgered. “It’s so terrible… Oh work it out. Work it all out for yourselves. Work it all out for yourselves.”

It took Romney staffers roughly three minutes to remove all the protesters — who were shouting and howling over Christie — from the building.

“You know what, we’re used to dealing with jokers like this in New Jersey all the time,” Christie said, as the protesters filed out. “So you guys go all out and chant and do what it is that you want to do.”

“Here’s the way I feel about it: They represent an anger in our country that Barack Obama has caused,” he said, drawing cheers from the crowd. “He’s a typical cynical Chicago… politician who runs for office and promises everything and then comes to office and disappoints, and so their anger is rooted not in me or Mitt Romney, their anger is rooted in the fact that they believed in this hope and change garbage.”

Read the whole thing.

The first black president hasn’t worked out very well. The Texas drugstore cowboy didn’t work out well. The peanut farmer didn’t work out very well. The overly sexed dude didn’t work out very well.

Maybe we should try for a fat president. Maybe “fat” and “leadership” have something in common.

Who knows? Couldn’t do worse. could he?

This is a fine example of the leadership needed to stand up to anarchist!

Chris Cristy is a fine Gov. of New Jersey and good for him for standing up to the abuses of Big Labor but do some serious time looking at the complete package….he is in the Man Made Global Warming camp…would not sign in with lawsuit to sue the Federal Govt. On Obamacare.

He may be great for YouTube and New Jersey but have many questions about his Conservative beliefs. Actually much more concern than Newt who seems to take a real beating here….still love ya though…

I know all about some of Christie’s less than conservative credentials, I’ve written about them. But Christie isn’t running for President.
