Injury Update – Going to CPAC!

I was waiting to book my trip to Washington, DC to attend CPAC 2012 until I knew whether or not I would need surgery on my wrist. I went to the orthopedic surgeon today and he said the X-rays looked great and I won’t be needing surgery. Yay!

They put me in a new cast. It’s a little tighter than I’d prefer, but if all goes well, I’ll be in a splint for CPAC instead of the cast. I received media credentials the other day, so I’ll be blogging and will try to bring you some decent videos and other news from the conference.

Here’s the official video:

One Response to Injury Update – Going to CPAC!

No surgery is always very good news, but since you are somewhat disabled you might want to contact authorities ahead of time and you may qualify for temporary handicap status from them. You might be able to park right by the front door anywhere you go for your physical ease. And the beer bong hat can definitely be considered a prosthetic this year.
