The good news is I lost the cast on my broken wrist. The bad news is, the bone shifted slightly. It isn’t enough to need surgery, I’m just going to have a slightly misshaped wrist. What was once a slender forearm is now swollen, weak and slightly askew. Maybe I’ll post a picture later. To be honest, I’m kind of freaked out. Physical therapy will help, but I can’t get in until Friday and can only go once next week. On the bright side, I’ll save on co-payments.
I’ll be back to my regularly scheduled blogging as soon as I scrub the arm and calm myself down.
Update: A couple of Oreo cookies made me feel a little better.

Glad you got that off, LC. Milk products can come in different medicinal forms. I’m thinking the frozen cream type might have a bit higher calcium content….for wellness of course.
