CNN just spammed my inbox with a link to Anderson Cooper’s interview of David Axelrod with regard to Rush Limbaugh’s now famous comment on Sandra Fluke, the woman who demands free contraception. They must really want people to see and hear Axelrod happily denouncing Limbaugh, while failing to mention the many times conservative women have been demeaned by his fellow travelers. Cooper’s questions were soft-balls that only played into the left’s talking points, and didn’t even mention the real issue in this controversy, which is religious rights.
Cooper didn’t bother asking Axelrod about his ties to known communists, or those of his boss. Not that anyone expects people like Anderson Cooper, who are paid to investigate these people, to ask those sorts of questions. It’s all about making Republicans and conservatives look bad. Cooper even let Axelrod get away with trying to smear Mitt Romney with this.
Oh, and Axelrod’s characterization of Sandra Fluke as “just a law student” is a load of BS. She’s just another leftist tool used to gin up controversy.
One more point to David Axelrod: I am a “woman of America” and Rush Limbaugh did not offend me in the least. You, Mr. Axelrod, offend me to my core, you commie bastard.
