Three weeks after having a heart transplant, former Vice President Dick Cheney spoke for over an hour at the Wyoming GOP convention. He didn’t mince words when sharing his thoughts on President Obama.
The tough words came during an hour-and-15-minute talk at the Wyoming Republican Party state convention in Cheyenne on Saturday.
He sat in a plush chair throughout the long chat with daughter Liz Cheney and looked decidedly healthier than recent appearances where he has been gaunt and used a cane.
After Rick Santorum dropped out of the race this past week, Cheney in his address urged the party to pull together behind Romney. He said the former Massachusetts governor would do a “whale of a job.”
His opinion of the sitting president was less flattering.
“He has been an unmitigated disaster to the country,” Cheney said of Obama.
He’s got that right.
I haven’t been able to find video of the event, other than this quick news report. He looks really good.

Truer words have never been spoken. Glad Mr. Cheney is feeling better.

I nominate Dick Cheney for vice president, again! He’s one of the few career politicians that has this light on in the tunnel! He is not afraid to speak the truth!

If Dick Cheney had been POTUS instead of VP, I think our country would be in a lot better shape; 9/11 might never have happened or at least in the aftermath we would not have had REPUBLICANS running around like good little dhimmies blathering on about how “peaceful” the ideology of the people who murdered us by the thousands for it is, and we probably would not have a treasonous islamocoddling jihad enabling commie pinko rat bastard d-bag jackass in the WH now.
