It’s been a busy day so I’m behind on my blogging. Here are some of the things I’ve read but I haven’t had the chance to get to.

The Other McCain has the latest in the Brett Kimberlin saga. A Democrat consultant named Neal Rauhauser accompanied Kimberlin to the “peace order” hearing against Aaron Walker the other day. There’s way too much to try to explain or summarize, so just read the whole thing.

Hans Bader’s legal opinion regarding Walker getting arrested for blogging is also worth reading in its entirety.

In follow up to Nanny Bloomberg’s proposed Big Gulp ban, check out the image over at the Looking Spoon.

If President Obama simply “misspoke” when he talked about “Polish death camps” why won’t he come out and formally apologize? What the heck is wrong with that man?

The other day Fox and Friends aired a four minute anti-Obama piece that had the left in an uproar. The guy who produced it is in trouble, you’d think he killed a kitten or something. I wonder where the outrage was when MSNBC aired a three minute anti-Romney video?

A bill making it illegal for physicians to perform sex-selective abortions failed in the House of Representatives today. If you’re wondering which RINOs voted against the bill see the story at The Hill. About 20 Democrats voted for it, so credit is due to them for doing the right thing. I read somewhere that the White House didn’t know where they stood on the issue. Figures.

President Obama really wants to pass the Buffett Rule so he can tax millionaires at a higher rate. He better hurry, seeing that there are fewer of them now than there were about a year ago. If he’s given another four years I’m sure he’ll bring the number of millionaires down even lower.

Former presidential candidate John Edwards may not be going to jail, but he’s still a sleaze.

Quote of the Day comes from Stacy on the ruling that the Defense of Marriage Act is unconstitutional:

And it’s probably only a matter of time before homosexuality is declared compulsory, so that turning down an offer of sodomy is illegal “discrimination.”

Progress.
