Via The Other McCain, I was reading the latest post at Patterico’s Pontifications which directed me to Speedway Bomber Brett Kimberlin’s response to Aaron Walker’s emergency motion for a stay against Kimberlin’s Peace Order. Basically, Kimberlin is alleging that Walker has caused a whole bunch of people to threaten his life. Here is what he used as Exhibit E.

In the Scribd application I was able to enlarge the image (image above was compressed for the web) and it was a little fuzzy. So I went searching and found this photo posted at The Truth About Guns by Dan Zimmerman, linking to a post at Reynold’s site Instapundit.

That was posted on December 29, 2011 and makes no mention of Brett Kimberlin. Then I found the post referred to in Exhibit E at Charlie Foxtrot. It’s the same photo, with a link to Instapundit’s home page. All the post says is “Dear Brett Kimberlin - I won’t be moving to an undisclosed location…. (No slight intended to the esteemed Robert Stacy McCain, who obviously felt the actual threat required such action.  I just saw the picture in my blog history, and the idea popped into my head…).”

I don’t think that’s all that threatening, seeing that Charlie Foxtrot didn’t even post a photo of himself holding a shotgun, and all he said is he won’t be moving. But hey, that’s just me.
