The Washington Post interviewed Howard Dean at the NetRoots Nation conference and Dean made quite an interesting statement. He discounted the huge win by Governor Scott Walker in the Wisconsin recall election and instead focused on one Senate seat won by the Democrats.
“We look at Wisconsin as a win.”
He was talking about the state Senate flipping back to the control of the Democrats. What he failed to note is that the Senate will not be in session until after the November elections, at which time there’s a good chance the Republicans will win back control.
He also said that Democrats are now all on the same page. I think there may be at least a few who disagree.

Spot on diagnosis Doctor Dean! As an obvious psychiatric patient, we’ll keep you on the same dosage of Kool Aid to keep your serum level up and maybe November will look like a win as well.

the Democrats have nothing to celebrate except a token Senate seat, but must say something to their disillusioned union base!
