MSNBC Didn’t Air Speeches From Minorities at GOP Convention

Obama’s cheerleaders and race baiters at MSNBC don’t want Americans to know that there are minorities in the Republican Party. They went so far as to block coverage of their speeches at the Republican National Convention.

In lieu of airing speeches from former Democratic Rep. Artur Davis, a black American; Mia Love, a black candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives from Utah; and Texas senatorial hopeful Ted Cruz, a Latino American, MSNBC opted to show commentary anchored by Rachel Maddow from Rev. Al Sharpton, Ed Schultz, Chris Matthews, Chris Hayes and Steve Schmidt. (Read More)

NBC didn’t do much better online. They posted video of Tuesday night’s speeches and the only ethnic minority they included was South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley. I thought Artur Davis’s speech was one of the best of the night, but they didn’t think he needed to be included.

Chuck Todd acknowledged the presence of minorities, but like the LA Times, said they were only put on stage to give an appearance of diversity. So they’re damned if they do include minorities and they’re damned if they don’t.
