This morning at a GOP campaign rally in Onondaga County, NY the county GOP Chairman Tom Dadey said that he had just been served with legal papers from Dan Maffei demanding that the ballots in the NY24 congressional race be impounded on election day. Maffei, who Dadey calls a “chicken” because he has only participated in 2 out of 7 debates, calls this standard practice. I guess it is standard practice for losers. Maffei had ballots impounded the last time he lost, dragging the race out for weeks as his operatives harassed absentee voters and tried to have ballots tossed out.
Speaking of Maffei, he received an endorsement from President Obama. It sounds exactly like the endorsements Obama put out of other Democrats running in this cycle.

I guess they’re lucky he even gave them a form letter, considering that he’s all but told them they’re on their own.
A poll released this afternoon shows that this race is in a dead heat, which is pretty good news for Congresswoman Ann Marie Buerkle. In the last election the poll released shortly before election day showed Maffei with a 12 point lead.

Mrs. Slaughter will create jobs for those who build cho-cho train tracks, stations, or work for the railroad. The poor demented women is obsessed with cho-cho trains. I’d like to suggest an alternate use for Louise’s cho-cho trains.

Ah yes, liberal standard operating procedures- intimidation, threats, manipulation, coercion, legal maneuvers, any corrupt means necessary to win at all costs.. That’s the liberal way..
