The administration has denied that the cover up story talking points provided to human shield Susan Rice were not edited to exclude any reference to a terrorist attack. They say the words recited by Rice were “provided by the intelligence community.”

The White House yesterday denied it edited talking points about the terrorist attack that killed the American ambassador to Libya — contradicting remarks made a day earlier by disgraced ex-CIA chief David Petraeus.

“The only edit that was made by the White House and also by the State Department was to change the word ‘consulate’ to the word ‘diplomatic facility,’ since the facility in Benghazi was not formally a consulate,” Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes told reporters aboard Air Force One.

“Other than that, we were guided by the points that were provided by the intelligence community. So I can’t speak to any other edits that may have been made.”

So what is this “intelligence community” they speak of? Could it be a group including James Clapper, Hillary Clinton, Leon Panetta, Jacob Lew, Valerie Jarrett, Janet Napolitano, David Plouffe and President Obama? This “community” obviously did not include David Petraeus. So which person or group of people in this “community” decided to leave out the assessment of the CIA that this was a terrorist attack?

You see, the administration has simply changed the charge. They cleverly say the words givin to Rice to spew never had the reference to terrorism in the first place so they weren’t edited. The charge, however, is that the administration lied that the video was the culprit, this wasn’t a terrorist attack, and that the CIA never said it was.

Will career people within the CIA continue to allow this corrupt administration to drag them down? I doubt the cramped quarters under the Canadian made Obama bus are going to hold them much longer.
