Secretary of State Hillary Clinton spoke at the Saban Center for Middle East Policy in Washington on Friday and lamented the Israelis’ lack of empathy and generosity towards the Palestinians. You know, because we should all empathize with those who seek our complete destruction.
“I’m not making excuses for the missed opportunities of the Israelis, or the lack of generosity, the lack of empathy that I think goes hand-in-hand with the suspicion,” Clinton said, after praising the country’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, for working with her in 2009 to offer a moratorium on building new Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank.
“So, yes, there is more that the Israelis need to do to really demonstrate that they do understand the pain of an oppressed people in their minds, and they want to figure out, within the bounds of security and a Jewish democratic state, what can be accomplished,” Clinton added.
She went on to criticize Israel for building settlements.

If there is anyone who deserves that land back, it is the Romans. They designated that land as “Palestina” after the Philistines who inhabited that area for a while along side the Jews. “Palestine” is derived from Latin, not from Arabic, as many surrounding nations are Arabic names. The Jews were there for 5,000 years, but were literally driven into the sea by the Arabs who rose from the sands of the Arabian peninsula and sweep up everything in sight, all in the name of “Allah.”
