Boy did I screw up. The other day I told you that Michelle Obama and the girls went to Hawaii early again this year. The problem is that I was quoting a story from last year. I checked the date, but for some reason missed the year. There really is no excuse. This president is bad enough, the last thing I need to be doing is sending out misleading information. That was not my intention and I am truly sorry.
My face is about as red as the wrapping paper I just used to wrap Christmas gifts. Please accept my apology.

….bet it’s Bush’s fault!
Don’t feel bad–there’s a big difference between a small mistake and purposely lying to the country…

Thank you. At least I admit my mistakes.

I’ve done it. As much as you write I’m surprised it’s not more. That’s admirable. Not quite as admirable as humbly admitting and apologizing though. Well done pard!

Thanks. I’ll get over it, but will try not to forget. It’s a good reminder to double and triple check before hitting that “post” button.

We all make mistakes. God bless you for setting the record straight. There are many “high-end” blogs who start crap and never rectify their mistakes. You’re a class act!

Oh, now, LC….we who love you and look forward to getting “our news” from you each day have all made the same mistake. My gosh, I’ve even written letters to the editor of the newspaper with what I was sure were “facts,” only to be called on the carpet for misinformation. At least we don’t flat-out LIE, as the libelous liberals do on their blogs. Just forget about this instance. You were writing what you thought was factual. Simple mistake. No big deal. REALLY.
