Big Brother, er, I mean, the IRS is at it again – sending out warnings to employers to comply with Obamacare, or else.
The Internal Revenue Service warned employers in a new regulatory proposal not to come up with clever schemes to avoid Obamacare’s employer health insurance mandate.
The IRS said it would soon issue “anti-abuse rules” to discourage employers from taking advantage of any regulatory loopholes.
“The Treasury Department and the IRS are aware of various structures being considered under which employers might use temporary staffing agencies (or other staffing agencies)… to evade application of section 4980H [the employer insurance mandate],” the IRS said in a proposed regulatory announcement issued December 28. Whatever comes next, expect more job losses and an ever weakening economy that the central planners will blame on everyone else but themselves, where the blame belongs.

It starts slowly and without undue alarm, and by the time he (and you) “get” what is happening, it is too late to stop or reverse it. Same language, different Nazis.

It looks like the IRS, under their fearless leader, is taking the harassment of the Americans to new and higher levels. Yes indeed, the Gestapo is just getting started in DC while all of the supposed conservative R leaders keep sending out bulletins on how they are fighting for us. Poppycock!
Both Rs and the Dems are to blame. Granted, the Dems are worse but it is just a matter of degree and not of philosophy. They both are in love with power and they will do anything to show you they know best.
