Jimmy Carter’s grandson James Carter was the guy who released the secretly taped 47% comments made by Mitt Romney at a private dinner. He finally got to meet President Obama, and it sounds like Obama sure was happy to meet him. According to Politico, Obama jumped forward, gave Carter a hug and thanked him twice.
Obama and opposition researcher James Carter, who released the infamous Romney fundraiser video, met backstage before Obama’s education event here, Carter’s cousin, Georgia state Sen. Jason Carter, told POLITICO.
Upon being introduced and told of James Carter’s role in the 47 percent video, Obama jumped forward to embrace him.
“Thank you, thank you so much,” Obama told James Carter, his cousin said.
Wow! What an odd moment of warmth from a man known for always keeping his cool. I guess the destruction of his enemies is the way to warm Obama’s cold heart.

@lonelycon A thought…where was the secret service? Concealed camera could have been a weapon, right? Just wonderin’

It wasn’t a secret device, it was just a phone that the bartender propped up. Also, some people seem to think that James Carter is the guy who released the video, not true, he’s just the one who discovered it and got in touch with the guy who shot it.

Why don’t conservatives ever infiltrate Democrat functions? And is it just me, or does this guy look like he was the recipient of a great many wedgies in high school.
