Chris “Tingles” Matthews was discussing 2016 with his panel and Hillary Clinton has to go into it as the underdog. He promised Clinton that he will get her in there.
“If you’re watching, Madam Secretary, all three of us have brilliant ideas. All of us have brilliant ideas. And I especially put myself in that group with Joan and David. We know how to do this, we’ll get you in there.”
I’m sure he means it, at least until the next progressive Messiah comes along and Hillary gets kicked to the curb again.

Chris Matthews is completely delusional so why would anyone with any intelligence care what he says. Having said that, the sad thing is that if Hillary runs for President (if we still have free elections by then), the media will make sure that no mention ever comes up about the blood on her hands from Benghazi.
Even sadder, the wimpy Republicans won’t even bring it up and, once again, the Karl Marx…oops, I meant Rove, strategy will chalk up another loss.
