Here’s the official GOP post-mortem self examination everybody’s been waiting for. It’s one hundred pages long, but I’ve only had time to go through the first twenty pages. Notable is that the authors of the report stress that they are “not a policy committee,” and the rebranding from “Grand Old Party” to “Growth and Opportunity Party.”
What do you think? Is it all squishy, or did you find some good ideas? I guess the first step in solving a problem is identifying the problem. Only time will tell if any of the ideas are successfully implemented to translate into winning campaigns and getting this country back on the right track.
