House Voted To Hold Lois Lerner In Contempt

This afternoon the House of Representatives voted to hold former IRS official Lois Lerner in contempt of Congress for her refusal to answer questions regarding the agency’s targeting of conservative groups. (The last vote was a committee vote, today’s vote was the full House.) Surprising, 6 Democrats voted in favor of holding her in contempt.

Unfortunately, it will be up to the Department of Justice to prosecute, so who knows if she will ever be held accountable.
